Studio Policies
Bijou Beauté Boutique is fully licensed, insured and blood-borne pathogens certified. All of our Artists are qualified in their areas of practice and have undergone the necessary education to provide their services for you. We are all passionate about the art of beauty, but our priority is your health and safety first!
CONSENT
We require all new clients to sign a Health History and Waiver & Release form prior to your appointment.DEPOSITS
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied to your remaining balance. Please refer to our online booking system for the different deposit amounts on the services we provide.LATE
Please arrive on time! Clients who arrive 10 minutes or later may result in deposit forfeiture and cancellation of your appointment. Please contact us at (778) 903 – 7828 if you are running late. Please keep in mind that this will cut into your appointment time. No shows = automatic deposit forfeit.
REBOOKING
We understand that emergencies happen, if you cancel within 24 hours in advance the deposit is refundable to a new booking date. If you notify us less then 24 hours, your deposit will be kept as penalty.
GUESTS
Unfortunately, guests, pets, and children are not permitted at our studio due to safety and hygienic reasons. Please arrange for alternative care!
